HOUSE RULES & INTERNAL REGULATIONS – Sleep&Go Transit Rooms

By accessing and using the room, the guest acknowledges and accepts all rules listed below.

1. General Information

• The building contains 6 independent rooms with private bathrooms and smart access.
• Access to rooms, building, and parking is provided via app or a unique access code.
• The building includes: full kitchen, drying area, outdoor smoking area, temperature/humidity monitoring, smoke & gas sensors.

2. ADMINISTRATOR OBLIGATIONS

2.1. Quality & Cleanliness

• Clean room before check-in.
• Provide fresh towels, toilet paper, soap/shampoo, clean bedding.

2.2. Facilities Functionality

• Proper TV, Wi-Fi, sensors, heating/cooling, and lights.
• Functional stove, hood, microwave, kettle, refrigerator.

2.3. Safety

• Monitoring only in common and exterior areas.

2.4. Support

• Assist with digital access.

3. GUEST OBLIGATIONS

3.1. Care

• Use property responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness.

3.2. Smoking

• Smoking forbidden inside.
• Allowed only in outdoor smoking area.

3.3. Electrical Usage

• Forbidden: heaters, portable stoves, fryers, etc.

3.4. Access Security

• Access code is confidential.

3.5. Behavior

• No noise after 22:00.
• No parties.

3.6. Kitchen Use

• Use hood while cooking.
• Wash dishes after use.

3.7. Damages

• Guests are financially responsible for damages.

4. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Automatic access code activation.
• Code deactivates at check-out time.

5. EMERGENCY

• Evacuate immediately in case of fire, gas leak, or unusual smell.

6. DATA SECURITY

• Monitoring only outside and in common areas.

7. VIOLATIONS

• May result in eviction or additional charges.

8. ACCEPTANCE

By booking and entering the room, the guest agrees to all rules described above.
