HOUSE RULES – Sleep&Go Transit Rooms
This set of house rules aims to ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment
for all guests of Sleep&Go Transit Rooms.
By accessing and using the apartment, the guest confirms that they have read,
understood, and accepted these rules.
1. General information
- The property includes 6 independent apartments, each with a private bathroom, sleeping area, and smart access.
- Access to the apartment, building, and parking is provided via mobile app or a unique access code.
- The building includes: a fully equipped kitchen, laundry drying area, designated outdoor smoking area, smoke/gas sensors, and temperature/humidity monitoring.
2. ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES (Sleep&Go)
2.1. Service quality and cleanliness
- Ensures the apartment is cleaned before check-in.
- Provides clean towels, toilet paper, soap/shampoo, and fresh bed linen.
- Maintains hygiene standards in common areas.
2.2. Facility functionality
- Ensures proper operation of TV, internet, sensors, heating/cooling, and lighting.
- Ensures proper operation of the hob, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, and electric kettle.
2.3. Safety
- Provides video surveillance of outdoor areas and common spaces only (never inside apartments).
- Ensures smoke and gas sensors are fully functional.
- Intervenes promptly in emergency situations.
2.4. Guest support
- Provides assistance for access via code or mobile app.
- Responds to guest requests within the communicated timeframe.
- Provides clear check-in and check-out instructions.
- The administrator may request photos or additional information to verify reported issues.
3. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1. Respect for the property
- Use apartment facilities responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness.
- Avoid damaging furniture or equipment.
3.2. Smoking
- Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
- Smoking is allowed only in the designated outdoor area.
- Violation may result in additional cleaning fees.
3.3. Electrical appliances
- Prohibited: heaters, portable stoves, fan heaters, fryers, washing machines, or similar high-consumption devices.
- Rooms are energy-monitored for safety.
- Abnormal consumption may lead to checks or power interruption.
- Allowed: laptop, phone, tablet.
3.4. Access and security
- Access codes are confidential and must not be shared.
- Hosting additional guests without approval is prohibited.
- Guests must lock the room when leaving and not leave belongings unattended.
3.5. Behavior
- Noise after 22:00 is not permitted.
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
3.6. Kitchen use
- Use the hob and extractor hood responsibly.
- Ventilation and hood use are mandatory while cooking.
- Dishes must be washed and returned to their place.
3.7. Damages
- Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused.
- The administrator reserves the right to recover damages from deposit or by subsequent charge.
3.8. Problem reporting and review policy
- The guest must inform the administrator IMMEDIATELY about any issue causing real discomfort.
- Issues must be reported in real time via phone or WhatsApp.
- This applies especially to: cleanliness, comfort, facilities, access, and staff support.
- The administrator will intervene as quickly as possible, usually within a maximum of 1 hour.
- If the issue was reported and resolved within this timeframe, it does not reflect the overall quality of services.
- The guest agrees not to publish false, misleading, or incomplete information.
- Omitting the fact that an issue was resolved may be considered bad faith.
- The administrator reserves the right to request removal of content and initiate legal action if necessary.
4. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
4.1. Check-in (from 15:00)
- Check-in starts at the reservation time, but not earlier than 15:00.
- The access code becomes active at check-in time.
4.2. Check-out (until 11:00)
- Check-out must be completed by 11:00.
- The access code expires automatically.
- Guests must turn off lights, close windows, and not leave appliances running.
5. EMERGENCIES
- In case of fire, gas, or suspicious smell → evacuate immediately and contact the administrator.
- Smoke/gas sensors must not be disabled.
6. DATA PROTECTION
- Video surveillance is used only in exterior and common areas, according to the law.
- Digital access is used strictly for safety and management purposes.
7. RULE VIOLATIONS
- Violations may result in eviction, additional charges, or access deactivation.
8. ACCEPTANCE
By making a reservation and accessing the apartment, the guest accepts these rules
and agrees to report any issue in real time to allow proper resolution.
